Travel Solutions Group, LLC was established in November, 2001. It was developed to assist the business traveler with reservations in a very competitive, and often times, confusing industry. Our objective is to ensure the highest quality service while offering minimal service fees.

The owner of Travel Solutions Group, Holly Schaeferle, has a total of 15 years experience in the travel industry. Eleven of those years were spent managing a highly successful corporate travel agency. With that experience, she gained firsthand knowledge of operating a business and delivering excellent service to corporate travelers.

Over the years, the airlines began reducing commissions to travel agents, eventually eliminating them all together. Holly realized that everything she did while managing another agency could be done right from an agent's own home, therefore, reducing the expenses of Travel Solutions Group significantly. This has allowed us to offer much lower service fees to the travel community. So, with all of her experience and expertise, she has put together the perfect travel agency for customers and employees alike.

Travel Solutions Group uses state of the art reservation software, and has access to all travel related Internet sites. We offer both paper and electronic ticketing and offer access to current itineraries via the Internet.
